Our company representatives are committed to following our fair housing pledge,
which includes:

- Keeping informed about fair housing laws and practices, and improving our clients'
and customers' opportunities.
- Informing our clients and customers about their rights and responsibilities under
the fair housing laws.
- Refusing to tolerate non-compliance.
- Celebrating the differences among our clients, customers and residents of our communities.
- Taking a positive approach to fair housing practices and aspiring to follow the
letter and spirit of the law.
- Continuing to develop and implement fair housing practices for our business.
